·????????與主管或經(jīng)理檢查預(yù)定，并確認(rèn)人數(shù)較多的預(yù)定。

·????????對(duì)經(jīng)過的客人問候并提供菜單和抱以微笑。

·????????微笑服務(wù)，協(xié)助客人就座，儲(chǔ)存外套或背包，并作自我介紹。

·????????為客人引位，并詢問客人希望就座于吸煙區(qū)或非吸煙區(qū)。

·????????提供報(bào)紙給所有用早餐的客人或獨(dú)自用餐的客人。

·????????確保所有服務(wù)都符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

·????????滿足客人要求，如果不能滿足，提供客人另外的選擇。

·????????在對(duì)所有客人的服務(wù)中盡到職責(zé)。

·????????滿足客人的各項(xiàng)要求，如不能馬上答復(fù)客人，請(qǐng)與經(jīng)理聯(lián)系。
