·????????能夠積極的向客人及供應(yīng)商推薦酒店的服務(wù)及設(shè)施。
·????????在工作過程中能夠做好本職工作,保證自己及其他人的安全。
·????????熟悉掌握菜單及飲料單上的內(nèi)容,并可以詳細(xì)的給客人做出解釋。
·????????了解健康食品的要求,并可以給出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。
·????????能夠達(dá)到產(chǎn)品知識的要求。
·????????可以根據(jù)客人不同的國籍推薦菜單上的食品。
·????????了解其他餐廳的菜肴,以便向客人推薦。
