向客人呈送菜單，回答客人問詢并為客人提供關(guān)于食品、飲料及服務(wù)的建議。

·???????????Maintains par stocksof all equipment and guest supplies as required.

對菜單上的所有菜品和飲料有全面的知識和理解，并能推薦菜品和飲料的搭配及促銷。

·???????????Have a thoroughknowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and theability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives

在每次用餐結(jié)束后清理臺面或餐桌并重新擺臺。
