on behalf of the health center to any angry or upset guest / Health Club
member, informing the supervisor or manager immediately.

understand the hotel’s and health center services and features, including
internal promotions, current and future facilities available to guests, and
actively promote them to guests.

familiar with the rights and interests of Health Club members and ensure they
enjoy the services, taking the initiative to explain to guests these rights,
making them feel honored.

健康中心和酒店服務的特色，客人享受的權(quán)益，要正確的傳達給會員和酒店客人。

熟知會員的權(quán)益和享受的服務，主動向客人解釋，讓客人感受尊貴。
