Job Description工作職責：
1.The ability to organize and orchestrate any last minute changes or details to functions.
有能力安排、處理任何臨時有變動的宴會、會議。
2.The ability to assist in hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, directing and supervising the work of employees in the Banquet Department.Conduct?and maintain all training programs on a continual? to insure a high degree of professionalism within the staff.
能夠協(xié)助經(jīng)理聘用, 訓練, 激勵, 磨練, 指揮和監(jiān)督員工。持續(xù)性的開展和維持所有培訓項目以此確保員工的專業(yè)水平。
3.The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and associates.

Responsibilities 任職要求：
3?year minimum banquet experience and? or food and beverage management experience.
至少有3年的宴會經(jīng)驗或者餐飲部的管理、監(jiān)督經(jīng)驗。
Possesses an eye for attention to detail.
