崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.Ensure that the day-to-day administrative needs ofthe department are fulfilled.
確保知曉酒店日常的行政所需并加以實行。
2.Perform the duties within the framework defined bythe norms of the Company and within the Hotel’s internal regulations.Keep confidential information CONFIDENTIAL.
在公司規(guī)范和酒店內(nèi)部規(guī)定的框架內(nèi)履行職責(zé)。
3.Responsible for rendering secretarial and clericalservices for the General Manager as required. To prepare respective schedules and reports thatwill be internally distributed or submitted to IHG laid down by theGeneral Manager.
確保酒店機(jī)密的信息機(jī)的保密性。負(fù)責(zé)為總經(jīng)理提供所需的文秘和文書服務(wù)。
準(zhǔn)備好相應(yīng)的進(jìn)度表和報告,根據(jù)酒店總經(jīng)理的要求在內(nèi)部分發(fā)或提交給洲際集團(tuán)總部。
4.To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetingssuch as Executive Morning Briefing and dictation from General Manager, etc.
做好酒店行政晨會的轉(zhuǎn)錄工作,以及酒店總經(jīng)理的口述等。
5.To keep herself acquainted with the GeneralManager’s activities in order to assist in discerning priorities.
確保自己知曉酒店總經(jīng)理的活動安排,以便于協(xié)助辨識不同活動的優(yōu)先性。
6.To arrange appointments for the General Manager,reminds him of appointments and meetings.
幫助總經(jīng)理制定會議的時間表,并在會議之前及時給與提醒。
7.To perform special duties as required by the General Manager.
認(rèn)真完成酒店總經(jīng)理分配的其他任務(wù)及職責(zé)。
8.College degree or above.
本科以上學(xué)歷。
9.2 years or above Secretary experience. in the areaof recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels.
兩年以上四星或五星級國際品牌酒店文秘工作的經(jīng)驗。
10.Fluent oral and written English.With capability of communication and coordination.
有良好的英語能力。有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和管理能力
