MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責：
Welcome and assisting our guests with enthusiasm, efficiency and professionally at all times, handle any guests'problems or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner. Ensure they are resolved and followed through.

JOBSPECIFICATION 要求：
Hospitality/tourism degree preferred; 1+ years’ guest relation experience in international hotels.酒店管理/旅游相關專業優先，1年以上國際品牌酒店對客服務經驗；
Fluent in English; additional language skills(Chinese/Russian/German/French, etc.) preferred.
英語流利，掌握第二外語（中文/俄語/德語/法語等）為佳；
Cross-culturally adaptable, able to integrate well into team environments, strong learning ability with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, open to job rotation training.
具有跨文化適應能力，能夠很好地融入團隊環境，具備較強的學習能力，對酒店業充滿熱情，樂于接受崗位輪換培訓。
