職位描述

崗位職責

  1. 以熱情專業的服務迎接賓客,引導客戶完成預約、咨詢、項目推薦及結賬全流程。
  2. 熟練操作運營系統,高效協調賓客與理療師的時間安排,優化整體接待效率。
  3. 細致解答賓客關于SPA項目、產品及價格的疑問,提供個性化專業建議。
  4. 準確處理現金、POS機、移動支付等多種結賬方式,確保賬務清晰無誤。
  5. 維護SPA中心前廳與休息區的整潔環境,協助管理賓客寄存物品。
  6. 記錄客戶偏好,協助處理客訴事宜,并定期進行客戶回訪與關系維護。
  7. 細致完成每日開店與閉店流程,確保運營順暢有序。

任職要求

  1. 中專或高中及以上學歷。
  2. 形象氣質佳,具備良好的親和力。
  3. 具備優秀的溝通表達能力及靈活的應變能力。
  4. 具有良好的團隊協作精神。
  5. 服務意識強,具備高度責任心。
  6. 能熟練使用基礎辦公軟件。
  7. 具備基礎的銷售與服務推介能力。

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet guests with warm and professional service, guiding them through the entire process including appointment booking, consultation, treatment recommendations, and payment.
  2. Skillfully operate the operating system to efficiently coordinate schedules between guests and therapists, optimizing overall reception efficiency.
  3. Carefully answer guests' questions regarding SPA treatments, products, and pricing, providing personalized professional advice.
  4. Accurately handle various payment methods including cash, POS machines, and mobile payments, ensuring clear and correct accounting.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the SPA center's front desk and lounge areas, and assist in managing guests' stored belongings.
  6. Record guest preferences, assist in handling customer complaints, and conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer relationships.
  7. Meticulously complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  1. Vocational school or high school diploma or above.
  2. Pleasant appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills and flexibility in handling various situations.
  4. Strong team spirit and collaborative ability.
  5. High sense of service awareness and responsibility.
  6. Proficient in using basic office software.
  7. Basic sales and service recommendation skills.
