- 以熱情專業的服務迎接賓客,引導客戶完成預約、咨詢、項目推薦及結賬全流程。
- 熟練操作運營系統,高效協調賓客與理療師的時間安排,優化整體接待效率。
- 細致解答賓客關于SPA項目、產品及價格的疑問,提供個性化專業建議。
- 準確處理現金、POS機、移動支付等多種結賬方式,確保賬務清晰無誤。
- 維護SPA中心前廳與休息區的整潔環境,協助管理賓客寄存物品。
- 記錄客戶偏好,協助處理客訴事宜,并定期進行客戶回訪與關系維護。
- 細致完成每日開店與閉店流程,確保運營順暢有序。
任職要求
- 中專或高中及以上學歷。
- 形象氣質佳,具備良好的親和力。
- 具備優秀的溝通表達能力及靈活的應變能力。

Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warm and professional service, guiding them through the entire process including appointment booking, consultation, treatment recommendations, and payment.
- Skillfully operate the operating system to efficiently coordinate schedules between guests and therapists, optimizing overall reception efficiency.
- Carefully answer guests' questions regarding SPA treatments, products, and pricing, providing personalized professional advice.
- Accurately handle various payment methods including cash, POS machines, and mobile payments, ensuring clear and correct accounting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the SPA center's front desk and lounge areas, and assist in managing guests' stored belongings.
- Record guest preferences, assist in handling customer complaints, and conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer relationships.
- Meticulously complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Vocational school or high school diploma or above.
- Pleasant appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility in handling various situations.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative ability.
- High sense of service awareness and responsibility.
- Proficient in using basic office software.
