Job Responsibilities
 
Warmly welcome each guest with enthusiasm, patiently     communicate and understand their physical condition and personalized     needs.
 
Apply professional SPA techniques and therapeutic skills to     provide guests with a relaxing and healing experience that relieves stress     and enhances well-being.
 
Focus on building trust and rapport with guests, continuously     improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
 
Maintain efficient communication with front desk consultants to     fully understand guest needs and ensure a seamless service flow.
 
Prepare treatment rooms before sessions and perform closing     duties afterwards, maintaining a clean and tranquil environment.
Job Requirements
 
Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to serve every     guest with a warm and positive attitude.
 
Excellent service awareness and strong communication skills.
 
Solid understanding of acupoints and meridian theory, with the     ability to perform professional treatments.
