Attend to all types of repair andmaintenance work in the Hotel premises, including any new additions /extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel
參加酒店物業各類維修維護工作，包括酒店任何新的部分和延伸的部分，或由酒店負責維護管理的其它物業。????????
Repair and maintain guest room facilities,light facilities, furniture and equipment
負責客房設施，照明設施，家具和設備的維修維護工作。
Assist with the implementation of thehotel’s preventative maintenance system and repair log system
協助酒店預防性養護計劃和維修記錄系統的執行工作。
Prioritize work in line with guest requestsand management
根據客人的要求安排工作的優先順序并進行管理。
Inform superior of the status of repairsand pending costs and indicate when it would be reasonable to considerreplacement
向上級匯報維修的狀況和需要的費用，并在有必要考慮更換時向領導說明。
Record daily service work, includingmaintaining individual replacement costs along with time/task labour hours cost
記錄每天的維修工作，包括每項維修工作的成本及花費的時間，工作所用的人工小時成本。
Participate in instructing colleagues onthe proper operation, safety procedures and cleaning of all equipment

Establish and maintain proper partsinventory levels
