1.?依照銷售計劃根據各自的市場執行相應的銷售活動。為整個部門達到銷售預算做出貢獻。Carry out corresponding sales activities according to the sales plan based on each market. Contribute to achieving the sales budget for the entire department.
2.?緊密地跟進所負責的客戶的收入產量,以及與公司商務、散客、會務相關的生意。Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
3.?協助銷售總監預測未來房間的收入和公司/散客/會議/長住客/的平均房價。Assists DOS in the?forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups.
4.?參與主要的旅行社和會議活動并促進酒店銷售(房間,宴會,服務以及其他設施)。Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other?facilities and services) for the hotel.
5.?在銷售總監的直接批準下對主要市場的地區制定銷售拜訪計劃,對一些特別地區的市場進行電話銷售,向銷售總監匯報潛在市場客戶的需求范圍。Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Sales to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Senior Sales Manager / Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.
6.?了解并熟悉競爭對手的所有產品信息,包括公司協議價、主要客戶及其產量、酒店客房、餐飲、會務等,并定期向銷售總監匯報。Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly.
7.?與客戶服務團隊緊密溝通并協同工作,通過定期的酒店招待、宴請及舉辦主題活動來全面地保持好客戶關系。Work together and close communication with Operation?Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.
8.?負責所有散客、團隊以及協議客戶參觀酒店并制定后期跟進計劃。Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow .
9.?通過銷售拜訪,電話銷售、傳真、通信方式為酒店主要市場保持一個高水準的位置。Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
10.?與客戶洽談所有相關宴會、會議、戶外活動等,并簽訂協議。與客戶服務團隊配合跟進具體在店活動。To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Operation Department ?and follow-up revisions.
11.?拓展增加住房產量,并同時增加宴會收入。Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.
