Position Summary 職位概述：

1. 熟練掌握酒店的系統(tǒng)、酒店管理系統(tǒng)、餐廳收銀系統(tǒng)、財務系統(tǒng)，以及日常維護。Proficiently master the system of the hotel, the hotel management system, the restaurant cashier system, the financial system, and the daily maintenance work.
2. 按照希爾頓集團的標準，執(zhí)行和開發(fā)電話服務。In accordance with the standards of the Hilton Group, implement and develop the telephone service.
3. 對各部門電腦系統(tǒng)、酒店網絡系統(tǒng)以及各設備外設的基本維護。Regular maintenance of the computer systems of each department, the hotel's network system, and all peripheral devices.
4. 要定期巡視機房內外設備的運轉情況，并及時處理所發(fā)生的各種故障。It is necessary to regularly inspect the operation of the equipment inside and outside the computer room, and promptly handle all kinds of faults that occur.
5. 在日常采購和對設備維護中能夠減少一定成本。It can reduce certain costs in daily purchasing and equipment maintenance.
6. 負責酒店基礎設施設備包括辦公設備、電器和消防設施等的安裝、檢查和維護工作，并做好維護記錄。Be responsible for the installation, inspection and maintenance of hotel infrastructure equipment, including office equipment, electrical appliances and fire protection facilities, etc., and keep good maintenance records.
7. 按計劃檢修客房，檢修公共區(qū)域，根據客房損壞情況排出先后次序，合理使用原材料，減少浪費。Carry out planned maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Determine the sequence based on the damage conditions of the rooms. Make rational use of raw materials and reduce waste.

工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

1. 3-5年的相關工作經驗。3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
2. 信息技術資格/培訓。Information Technology Qualification / Training
3. 了解信息技術管理的知識。Acquire knowledge of information technology management.
4. 要求有電工證。A certificate for electrician is required.
