Position Summary職位概述:

  1. 監(jiān)督和檢查分配給客房和公共區(qū)域服務生的工作,按酒店和公司的經(jīng)營目標,確保符合產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量標準,為酒店客人提供卓越的服務。Supervise and inspect the work assigned to the room and public area attendants, ensuring compliance with the quality standards of the products in accordance with the business goals of the hotel and the company, and providing excellent service to the hotel guests.
  2. 定期檢查公共區(qū)域,確保家具、設(shè)施及設(shè)備的清潔及妥善維修。Regularly inspect the public areas to ensure the cleanliness of furniture, facilities and equipment, and to guarantee their proper maintenance.
  3. 監(jiān)督客房部的員工工作,確保所有的客人可以享有及時而禮貌的服務。Supervise the work of the staff in the housekeeping department to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  4. 落實客房部的安置與檢查,確保部門內(nèi)部的統(tǒng)一;管理酒店客人遺留物,建立遺留物管理檔案。Implement the allocation and inspection of the housekeeping department to ensure internal uniformity within the department; manage the belongings left by hotel guests and establish a management file for these items.
  5. 召開定期的部門例會,履行客房服務員的職責,客房經(jīng)理不在時,將承擔客房部經(jīng)理的工作。Conduct regular departmental meetings, fulfill the duties of a room attendant, and assume the role of the room department manager when the room manager is absent.
  6. 協(xié)調(diào)所有客房部員工的培訓。?Coordinate the training of all staff in the housekeeping department


工作技能技巧要求:Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

  1. 2年及以上客房部工作經(jīng)驗。At least two years of experience in the housekeeping department.
  2. 基本的計算機使用技能,能夠讀寫。Basic computer skills, including the ability to read and write.
  3. 有良好的團隊合作精神以及執(zhí)行力,對待工作認真負責。Have a good teamwork spirit and execution ability, and be serious and responsible towards work.
