Position Summary 職位概述：

1.負責酒店基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備的安裝、檢修和維護工作，包括辦公設(shè)備、電器設(shè)備、消防設(shè)施等，并做好維修記錄。Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of the hotel's infrastructure equipment, including office equipment, electrical equipment, fire protection facilities, etc., and keep proper maintenance records.

2.按照配電設(shè)備維修保養(yǎng)規(guī)程，對項目內(nèi)所有配用電設(shè)備、設(shè)施、燈具的維護、維修和保養(yǎng)工作。In accordance with the maintenance and repair procedures for power distribution equipment, the maintenance, repair and upkeep work for all power distribution and utilization equipment, facilities and lighting fixtures within the project shall be carried out.

3.負責項目供電、供水、空調(diào)及各區(qū)域維修。Responsible for the power supply, water supply, air conditioning and maintenance of each area of the project.

4.要定期巡視機房內(nèi)外設(shè)備的運轉(zhuǎn)情況，并及時處理所發(fā)生的各種故障。It is necessary to regularly inspect the operation of the equipment inside and outside the computer room, and promptly handle all kinds of faults that occur.

5.準時到達工作崗位，不擅自離崗，服從上級的調(diào)度和工作安排。It can reduce certain costs in daily purchasing and equipment maintenance.

6.按規(guī)定巡查酒店各區(qū)域設(shè)備運行情況，做好值班記錄與工作日報表，及時排除故障，確保正常運行。According to the regulations, inspect the operation status of equipment in all areas of the hotel, keep proper records of the duty shifts and work reports, promptly resolve any malfunctions, and ensure the normal operation of the facilities.

7.完成綜合性臨時任務，如檢查VIP房、監(jiān)督客房、餐廳、大堂等外包大修工作。Actively participate in fulfilling the department's sales tasks and contribute to the entire department's achievement of the sales budget.

工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

1.必須掌握機電工程設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)知識，要求有電工證。It is necessary to master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment, and a certificate in electrical work is required.

2.以電工優(yōu)先，對鉗工、管工、空調(diào)、木工、油工專業(yè)知識有一定的了解亦可，具備一專多能，動手能力強。Electrical workers are given priority. Those with some knowledge of metalworking, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and painting skills are also acceptable. Candidates should possess specialized skills and be versatile, with strong hands-on abilities.

3.酒店相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域同等經(jīng)驗，熟練各項工程安裝、維修、保養(yǎng)操作流程。Relevant work experience in hotels or equivalent experience in related fields. Proficient in all aspects of engineering installation, maintenance and servicing procedures.
