Position Summary 職位概述：

1.清潔客房，保證客房內各項物品衛生干凈整潔，擺放整齊有序。Clean the guest rooms, ensuring that all items within are hygienic, clean and tidy, and arranged in a neat and orderly manner.

2.保持樓層衛生的干凈整潔。Keep the floor clean and tidy.

3.發現房間設備損壞，地毯、墻紙污跡應做好記錄，及時通知客房中心。If any damage to the room facilities is found, the stains on the carpet and wallpaper should be recorded and the guest room center should be informed promptly.

4.發現客房或公共區域有設備設施損壞或故障的，要及時報修。IIf you find any damage or malfunction of equipment or facilities in the guest rooms or public areas, please report it for repair immediately.

5.負責臟布草的收集、更換與新布草的折疊、擺放工作。Responsible for the collection and replacement of dirty linen, as well as the folding and placement of new linen.

6.負責查收賓客洗衣、酒水的送回和補充。Responsible for receiving guests' laundry, returning and replenishing beverages.

7.嚴格執行安全制度，確保客房安全。Strictly implement safety regulations to ensure the safety of guest rooms.

工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

1.具有客房保潔工作經驗優先，熟悉保潔流程及洗滌劑、清潔工具使用等。Those with experience in guest room cleaning are preferred. Familiarity with the cleaning process and the use of cleaning agents and cleaning tools is required.

2.身體健康，能承受工作壓力。In good health and capable of withstanding work pressure.
