1.熟悉崗位流程和操作標準。Familiarize with job procedures and operational standards.

2.做好開檔、擺臺等餐前準備工作。Complete pre-service preparations such as setting up and arranging tables.

3.提供周到、細致的餐間服務(wù)工作。Provide thoughtful and meticulous service during meals.

4.完成收檔、清潔等餐后服務(wù)工作。Carry out post-service tasks including closing duties and cleaning.

5.保持與同事的良好溝通、團隊配合。Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues.

工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

1.形象良好，身體健康，能適應(yīng)倒班工作。Pleasant appearance, good health, and ability to adapt to shift work.

2.有餐廳工作經(jīng)驗，星級酒店工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。Relevant restaurant work experience; experience in a star-rated hotel is preferred.

3.有良好的賓客服務(wù)意識和團隊配合精神。Strong customer service mindset and team spirit.
