崗位職責/職位描述
Position Summary職位概述
1.協助廚師完成食材的清洗、切配、腌制等基礎準備工作,確保食材符合烹飪要求。Assist chefs in basic preparatory tasks such as cleaning, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure they meet cooking requirements.
2.負責廚房區域的日常清潔與整理,保持工作環境整潔衛生。Be responsible for the daily cleaning and organization of the kitchen area, maintaining a tidy and hygienic work environment.
3.學習并掌握基礎的烹飪技巧,在廚師指導下參與簡單菜品的制作。Learn and master basic cooking techniques, and participate in the preparation of simple dishes under the guidance of chefs.
4.協助管理廚房設備與工具,確保其正常使用與維護。Assist in managing kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
5.遵守食品安全與衛生標準,嚴格執行廚房操作規范。Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, and strictly comply with kitchen operating procedures.
6.完成上級交辦的其他相關工作。Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

1.對餐飲行業有濃厚興趣,愿意從基礎崗位學習并長期發展。Possess a strong interest in the food and beverage industry, willing to learn from entry-level positions and pursue long-term development.
2.具備良好的團隊合作意識,能適應快節奏的廚房工作環境。Have a good sense of teamwork and be able to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen work environment.
3.身體健康,無傳染性疾病,能適應站立工作及體力勞動。In good health with no communicable diseases, capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
4工作認真負責,吃苦耐勞,服從管理安排。Work diligently, responsibly, and conscientiously, with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow management instructions.
5.有相關餐飲或后廚經驗者優先,無經驗者可提供培訓。Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry or kitchen operations is preferred; training can be provided for those without experience.
