崗位職責/職位描述

1.按規范對餐具進行分類分檔存放，防止交叉污染。Classify and store tableware in accordance with standards and in separate grades to prevent cross-contamination.

2.負責烹飪設備、機器及專用工具的清潔與維護。Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of cooking equipment, machines and special tools.

3.清洗后的餐具及時入柜存放，避免磕碰損壞。Put the washed tableware in the cabinet in time to avoid bumps and damage.

4.負責貴重餐具的專項保管與盤點工作。Be responsible for the special custody and inventory of valuable tableware.

5.按廚房及餐廳需求，及時提供潔凈餐具，保障運營順暢。According to the requirements of the kitchen and dining area, provide clean tableware in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation.

6.嚴格執行餐具清洗流程，確保潔凈度達標。Strictly follow the dishwashing procedures to ensure that the cleanliness meets the standards.
