1、全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店工程部的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理工作，確保酒店設(shè)施設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行和維護(hù)

Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel Engineering Department, and ensure the normal operation and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.

2、制定并執(zhí)行工程部的年度、月度工作計(jì)劃及預(yù)算，合理控制成本

?Formulate and implement annual and monthly work plans and budgets for the Engineering Department, and reasonably control costs.

3、負(fù)責(zé)酒店各類設(shè)施設(shè)備的定期檢查、維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)及故障維修，確保其高效、安全運(yùn)行

Be responsible for regular inspection, maintenance and fault repair of various hotel facilities and equipment to ensure their efficient and safe operation.

4、協(xié)調(diào)處理突發(fā)性設(shè)備故障，及時(shí)組織搶修，減少對(duì)酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)的影響

Coordinate and handle sudden equipment failures, organize emergency repairs in a timely manner, and minimize impacts on hotel operations.

5、監(jiān)督并落實(shí)節(jié)能降耗措施，提高能源使用效率，降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本

Supervise and implement energy-saving and consumption-reduction measures, improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.

6、負(fù)責(zé)工程部員工的培訓(xùn)、考核及工作安排，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)專業(yè)技能和服務(wù)水平

Be responsible for the training, assessment and work arrangement of engineering staff, and improve the professional skills and service level of the team.

7、配合其他部門(mén)完成相關(guān)工程改造、設(shè)備安裝及調(diào)試工作

Cooperate with other departments to complete relevant engineering renovation, equipment installation and commissioning.

8、確保工程部工作符合國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，落實(shí)安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任

Ensure that the work of the Engineering Department complies with relevant national laws, regulations and industry standards, and implement work safety responsibilities.

工作技能技巧要求：Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

1、具備較強(qiáng)的工程管理能力，熟悉酒店設(shè)施設(shè)備的運(yùn)行原理及維護(hù)流程

Possess strong engineering management capabilities, and be familiar with the operation principles and maintenance procedures of hotel facilities and equipment.

2、具備良好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠高效處理突發(fā)事件

Have good organization and coordination skills and team management experience, and be able to handle emergencies efficiently.

3、熟悉水、電、暖通、消防等系統(tǒng)的基本原理及操作規(guī)范

Be familiar with the basic principles and operating specifications of water, electricity, HVAC, fire protection and other systems.

4、工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，具備較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力和問(wèn)題解決能力

Work earnestly and responsibly, with strong stress resistance and problem-solving abilities.

5、具備良好的溝通能力，能夠與其他部門(mén)有效協(xié)作
