Major Responsibility 責任概要:

To adhere to the three steps of service to all our guests 為顧客服務的三個步驟:
1. A warm and sincere greeting, use the guest name, if and when possible. 真誠熱情的問候,盡可能使用顧客的名字。
2. Anticipation and compliance with guest needs. 預計并滿足顧客的需求。
3. Fond farewell, give them a warm good-bye and use their name, if and when possible. 禮貌道別,盡可能使用顧客的名字。
4. To complete the assigned task for the daily maintenance and keep professional manner. 完成上級每天安排的工作并保持良好的工作狀態(tài)。
Specific Duties 工作任務:
1. Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with the standard set. 確保所有食物在準備和制作期間符合所定的標準。
2. Checks daily mise-end-place, cooking, preparation of all food. 檢查每日零點的所有食物。
3. Prepares food requisitions, inter kitchen's transfers and checks the quality and quantity of food received from the food store and other sub-departments.
準備食物的請購單及驗貨收貨工作。
4. Makes sure that all machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils are clean and in working conditions. 確保所有的機器設備及器具的清潔,并能正常工作。
5. Guides and trains the kitchen's personnel as instructed by Western Kitchen Chef. 協(xié)助總廚指導和培訓廚房人員的工作。
6. Uses standard recipes and makes sure all staff are using them. 采用標準食譜,并確保所有工作人員正在使用。
7. Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may assigned by Western Kitchen Chef. 履行總廚指派的其他職務。
8.Follow all company policies and procedures.
遵守所有公司政策及程序。
9.Follow Marriott Information safety and protection policy and associate privacy policy,have a clear understanding of PCI, high-risk information, restricted information, non-public information and public information.When work in the company strictly abide by all kinds of information processing regulations, correctly handle all kinds of data and documents, to avoid information leakage.
遵守集團信息安全保護及個人隱私的相關政策,對支付卡信息、高風險信息、受限信息、非公開信息及公開信息有清楚的認知。在公司任職期間嚴格遵守各類信息的處理規(guī)定,正確處理各類數(shù)據(jù)及文件,防止信息泄漏。
