Major Responsibility責任概要:
Be responsible on creating a safe environment for hotel guests or outside guests. Assist the Loss Prevention supervisor to ensure the duty posts’ safety. Follow up and finish all the works that the security guards required by rules and lines.

Essential Job Functions 主要的工作內容: ?
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY主要職責:
1.?Ensure that the inspection is carried out correctly, and ensure the safety and security of guests and colleagues確保巡視工作的正確執行,確保對客人和同事實施安全保衛工作
2.?Responsible for checking the service life of fire and life safety equipment. (e.g. handheld chemical fire extinguisher, etc.)負責檢查消防和生命安全設備的使用壽命。(例如手持式化學滅火器等)
3.?Ensure that maintenance problems in the inspection records are reported to the engineering Department in a timely manner確保將巡視記錄中的維修問題及時報告給工程部
4.?Arrange inspection points at the entrance and exit of the hotel to ensure that there are no idle people around the hotel在酒店的出入口安排外圍巡視點,以確保在酒店周圍無閑雜人等。
5.?Random inspection of the hotel to ensure the implementation of security measures in the hotel, such as the smooth fire door, no equipment stacking in front of the fire hydrant, cleaning of the cargo stacking interval and sufficient spray heads對酒店進行隨機檢查,以保證酒店內安全保衛措施的實行,如防火門的通暢,消火栓門前無設備堆放,各貨物堆放區間的清潔和噴淋頭的充足等。
6.?Report to the loss prevention Supervisor。
向防損督導報告。?
7.?Set up high sense of responsibility and career, faithful to the duties, and be responsible for the duties, contending for being the excellent employee.

8.?Learn the policies of the hotel seriously, be strict with yourself, study hard about the basic knowledge of the law, strengthen the law sense and obey the law.
認真學習酒店的各項制度和部門的規定,嚴于律已、克已奉公,認真學習法律知識,加強法紀觀念,遵紀守法。?
9.?Be punctual on and off duty, don’t be late and late back, can’t leave the post when on duty, and it’s not allowed to do the private affairs and make use of the work to commit a crime. ??
按時上下班,不遲到,不早退,不得擅離崗位,上班時間不辦私事,不得利用工作之便進行違法犯罪活動。?
10.?Pack tidy when on duty, the appearance is to be dignified, in high spirit, insist the civilization. It’s forbidden to beat and scold the person and infringe upon the human right others. Don’t do the behaviour which may break the hotel image. Work tactfully and quickly. Perform according to the procedure. ?
上班著裝整齊,儀容端莊,精神飽滿,堅持文明執勤,嚴禁打罵人和侵犯他人人身權利,不做有損酒店形象的行為,做事機智迅速果斷,按章辦事。
11.?Be brave to struggle with the bad behaviour, and actively arrest the person when being found to break the law.
敢于與一切不良行為作斗爭,發現違法亂紀人員積極奮勇擒拿。
12.?Help the captain to guard against the safety work in the hotel.
積極協助領班做好酒店內的安全防范工作。
13.?Perform other duties assigned by the superiors temporarily.
認真完成上級臨時交給的各項工作任務。?
14.?Be Polite to every staff.
禮貌對待每一位進出酒店的員工
15.?Every LP staff should be proficient in the procedure of fire-fighting and safety evacuation. ?
所有防損部的員工都應熟練掌握消防安全疏散程序。?
16.?Obey the language standard of walkie-talkie communication. ?
遵守酒店對講機聯絡的語言規范。?
17.?Stick to implement the keys management procedure. ?
堅持貫徹實行鑰匙的管理程序。?
18.?Stop the person without gate-pass entering hotel. ?
阻止無出入證的閑雜人員進入酒店
19.?Any staff can’t take hotel’s property or articles out without the approval of department director. ?
沒有部門經理的同意不允許讓任何員工帶酒店財產與物品離開酒店。?
20.?All emergency cases or situations must be replied in time. ?
所有緊急事件和緊急情況都必須及時回復?
21.?Take records of the issues happening during on duty every.
每天將當班期間所發生的事件詳細地記錄在記事本上。
22.?Take the shift procedure well when on and off duty, and should be clear. staff should transmit the important information to the one who carry on.
上下班要做好交接班手續,而且要清清楚楚,準確地傳達重要信息于接班人員。
23.?Keep clean environment when handovers. ?
在交接班時要保持環境的整潔。
24.?Follow all company policies and?procedures.
遵守所有公司政策及程序。
25.?Follow Marriott Information safety and protection policy and associate privacy policy,have a clear understanding of PCI, high-risk information, restricted information, non-public information and public information.When work in the company strictly abide by all kinds of information processing regulations, correctly handle all kinds of data and documents, to avoid information leakage.
遵守集團信息安全保護及個人隱私的相關政策,對支付卡信息、高風險信息、受限信息、非公開信息及公開信息有清楚的認知。在公司任職期間嚴格遵守各類信息的處理規定,正確處理各類數據及文件,防止信息泄漏。
