Responsible formanaging and developing corporate accounts and corporate meeting accountswithin assigned territory / market segment to generate sales and achieve hotelsales plan and profit targets
在指定范圍內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)開展與公司客房及會(huì)議客戶的良好關(guān)系,以確保和增加酒店銷售指標(biāo)完成。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES職責(zé)和責(zé)任
1. Prospect and develop strongrelationships with meeting planners, convention organizers, associations,corporate and commercial accounts within assigned territory to grow salesrevenue and achieve annual sales plan.
在指定業(yè)務(wù)范圍內(nèi)規(guī)劃并發(fā)展與公司客房及會(huì)議客戶的良好關(guān)系,從而確保酒店銷售指標(biāo)完成。
2. Act onand respond to all enquiries and requests for proposals within 24 hrs.
對(duì)所有客戶要求在24小時(shí)內(nèi)予以回復(fù)。
3. Formulate a systematic approachto developing sales plans and activities to support account set in order toachieve maximum return on sales call productivity.
建立系統(tǒng)的銷售活動(dòng)計(jì)劃以更有效的開展客戶,從而確保酒店銷售額的最大化。
4. Solicitsthrough personal call additional sales accounts from assigned accounts.
積極發(fā)展利用私人關(guān)系以擴(kuò)大客戶范圍。
5. Coordinates with Front Office,F&B, Banquet, Housekeeping and other related department to ensure thehighest level of customer service for our accounts.
為了更好地位客戶提供服務(wù),加強(qiáng)與前廳、餐飲、客房及其它部門合作配合。
6. Maintains an up-to-date recordof all sales activities and account profiles within the sales managementsystem.
負(fù)責(zé)在銷售管理系統(tǒng)中及時(shí)更新工作進(jìn)程。
7. Submits the following reportson a weekly basis, a summary of sales activities, forward sales plans,competitive and market intelligence and any other report as may be required.
每周上交以下報(bào)表:每周銷售活動(dòng)情況,下周銷售計(jì)劃,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者和市場(chǎng)分析和其它報(bào)表。
8. Participates actively atassigned trade shows, sales blitz and sales trip to gain exposure for the hoteland secure sales leads.
參加會(huì)展和開展銷售掃樓及出差等活動(dòng),以擴(kuò)大銷售范圍。
9. Attendsweekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Director of Sales orhis/her Assistant.
參加每周由銷售總監(jiān)或其助理主持的會(huì)議。
10. Performsother duties and responsibilities that may be required.
完成其它委派的任務(wù)。
JOB SPECIFICATION職位要求
1.?A degree in BusinessAdministration or related discipline.
大專及以上學(xué)歷,相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.?Minimum 3 years experience inSales in an international hotel environment.
至少3年國(guó)際性酒店的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.?Personable, aggressive andarticulate.
有進(jìn)取心及良好形象。
4.?Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinesewith strong oral and written communication skills
良好的書寫和口頭交流技巧,英文及普通語言話流利。
5.?Established relationships withkey multinational accounts, commercial houses, travel agents and tour operators.
資深處理國(guó)際市場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)有很好的了解。
6.?An in-depth understanding ofdistribution and yield management. Strong sense of responsibility andaccountability.
