GENERAL MISSION
監督并指導當班保安員開展工作,確保酒店既定的工作程序與巡視工作規范執行。
A Security Supervisor is responsible for the duties and activities of Security Officers and Guards during a shift. He / she should ensure that positions, procedures, patrols and their frequencies are established and adhered to.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
指導監督各班次的運作,保證保衛巡視的正確執行,確保對客人和同事實施安全保衛工作。
Supervise each security operation shift, making sure adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and Team Members.
熟悉并全面檢查酒店的消防設施、消防通道及各出入口。
Familiarise with and check hotel fire equipment and fire evacuation passages.
確保保安員將巡視記錄中的維修問題及時報告給工程部。
Ensure Security Guards report maintenance issues to the Engineering department promptly as recorded during their patrols.
熟悉各部門工作流程、安全知識與應急處置程序,監督檢查相關要求落實情況,指導安保人員提升專業知識與工作水準。
Familiarise with each department’s work procedures,?security knowledge and emergency procedures. Supervising each position’s professional knowledge and work standards.
在員工進出酒店時對其包裹進行隨機檢查。遵循原則,未得到批準的情況下嚴禁酒店財物外帶。
Conduct random bag inspections of Team Members entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets from being removed without proper authorization.
在酒店的出入口安排外圍巡視點,以確保在酒店周圍無閑雜人等。
Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that there are no loiterers in the Hotel premise.
嚴格公正地考核員工的業務知識、工作紀律、責任心,全面了解每個員工的工作狀況。
Professionally examine Team Members’ work knowledge,?discipline and responsibilities.
負責本班次的日常工作事務和員工考勤。
Responsible for Team Member’s daily shift work schedule and attendance record.
傳達和落實部門各項工作安排和培訓計劃。
Convey and carry out department’s work arrangements and training plans.
對酒店各區域進行隨機檢查,以保證酒店內安全保衛措施的實行,如防火門保持通暢,水龍帶門前無設備堆放,各貨物堆放區間保持清潔,以及噴淋頭保持充足等。
Conduct random inspections of the Hotel to ensure security practices are being followed, fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, sufficient clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads.
與值班經理配合解決客人安全相關的投訴。通過與客人交流,建立起友好、信任和滿意的對客關系。
Cooperate with the on-duty manager to resolve guests' complaints. By communicating with guests, establish a friendly, trusting and satisfactory relationship with them.
熟悉急救程序及消防緊急措施。
Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
定期參加例行會議,回顧本部門的工作情況并提出調整和改善的意見。
Attend regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and update the performance of the Department as a whole.
保持工作區域的高度清潔和整齊。按照酒店的標準保持個人儀表,在任何時候表現出職業形象。
Ensure a high level of cleanliness & tidiness in your work area.
以積極專業的態度與酒店各部門及同事溝通,建立起良好的工作關系,增強團隊精神保證有效的雙向交流。
Interact with Team Members in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
完成上級交待的其它任務。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
職位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
40 周歲及以下,條件優秀者年齡可酌情放寬。
Under 40 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates.
學歷要求:高中及以上學歷。
Educational requirement: High school diploma or above.
具備安保相關崗位一年及以上工作經驗。
At least 1 years of experience in the security and fire control field.
有效清晰的溝通能力。
Able to communicate effectively and clearly.
熟悉有關酒店消防、安全生命系統和設備的知識。
Good knowledge of hotel’s life-safety systems,fire equipment and security operations.
掌握酒店保安工作程序。
Master the work procedures of hotel security guards.
保持優秀的領導能力。
Excellent leadership skills.
較強的人際處理能力并關注細節。
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
相關證書:持有中級消防設施操作員資格證書優先。
Relevant certificates: Those holding the Intermediate Fire Facility Operator Qualification Certificate are preferred.
