職責(zé)概述
GENERAL MISSION
-?完成各自負(fù)責(zé)銷售區(qū)域的客房及宴會(huì)銷售目標(biāo)。
Responsible in achieving room and catering sales target objectives of his/her assigned area and business segments.
-?在銷售總監(jiān)的監(jiān)督下,履行度假村賦予的職責(zé)。
To perform duties within the framework defined by the resort?as supervised by Director of Sales.
-?通過保持與其負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域客戶的聯(lián)系來(lái)進(jìn)一步提高度假村的知名度。
Represents and promotes the resort?by maintain constant contact with customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management.
-?保存和更新銷售記錄。
Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically regularly.
工作職責(zé)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
-?清楚地了解其分管區(qū)域的銷售目標(biāo),并預(yù)先在銷售計(jì)劃中將其按年/月/周的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行細(xì)分。
To know clearly the resort?objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan
-?管理客戶名錄并保證不斷更新。
Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.
-?保持現(xiàn)有客戶并發(fā)展新的客戶。
Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.
-?同客戶保持良好的商業(yè)關(guān)系。
Maintain good business relationship with all producers.
-?對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)和商務(wù)散客通過電話銷售、拜訪、郵件開展銷售活動(dòng)。
Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.
-?確認(rèn)所有的預(yù)定單(包括宴會(huì)與會(huì)議)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤傳達(dá),以便銷售與宴會(huì)運(yùn)營(yíng)之間的有效溝通。
Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.
-?保證對(duì)所有的郵件和電話詢問都進(jìn)行有效的處理,建立令人愉快的工作關(guān)系。
Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.

Fulfils Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interview.
-?積極宣傳度假村產(chǎn)品,提高產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)和業(yè)務(wù)區(qū)域內(nèi)的知名度。
Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness in the market and business segment or responsibility.
-?確保在客人入住度假村之前或入住期間,所有與客人確認(rèn)的客房、宴會(huì)或餐飲服務(wù)都得到執(zhí)行。
To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the resort.

Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
-?對(duì)指定客戶的數(shù)據(jù)信息做到每日更新。
To develop and maintain a proper database for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
-?向市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)提交每周和每月報(bào)告。
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to DOSM.
-?向銷售部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就針對(duì)細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的促銷活動(dòng)提出建議。
Recommends to the Sales leaders?on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets.
-?參加銷售例會(huì),就客戶動(dòng)向及市場(chǎng)走勢(shì)市場(chǎng)與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行溝通,及時(shí)更新。
Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Sales team on the activities of each accounts and market trends.

JOB SPECIFICATION
-?具備市場(chǎng)銷售相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)1 年及以上。
At least 1years of relevant work experience.
-?35周歲及以下,條件優(yōu)秀者年齡可酌情放寬。
Under 30 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates.
-?大專及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Education Requirements: College degree or above; majors such as Marketing are preferred.
-?熟知銷售系統(tǒng)并具有良好的溝通能力。
Fully versed in Sales System with high level of interpersonal skills
-?熟練操作微軟等操作系統(tǒng)。
Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software.
