職責概述GENERAL MISSION
負責所管轄樓層的清潔衛生并對客服杠服務員培訓、管理和指導。
This position is concerned with training, supervising and monitoring the work of the room attendants, floor houseman assigned to the floors.
工作職責
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
培訓服務員在指定區域內做清潔。
To train hired room attendants in cleaning their assigned areas.
檢查房間質量，確保房間質量標準。
To regularly check guest room to ensure correct standards .
將行政管家或樓層經理交給的任務分配給服務員。
To receive room attendants assignment from Executive Housekeeper or floor manager.
參加每日工作例會和接受特殊指示。
To attend daily briefing and receive special instructions.
檢查離店房，在確認房間達到清潔標準后，將房間變成可售房。
To inspect check-out rooms before reporting them ready for sale and that standard of cleanliness is met.
接到客人的特殊要求要盡力滿足。處理客人投訴，并報告給行政管家。
To receive special requests from guests and carry them out. Handle guest complains and reports to Executive Housekeeper.
按照檢查表檢查房間是否干凈，客用品是否齊全，并將需要修理的房間及時報修。
To inspect all areas cleaned using check list to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in rooms are standard and rooms need for immediate repairing are reported.
對需要修理的房間和物品要及時報修，并確保已修理好。
To make trouble report for room or item in need of repair and follows up to ensure work is completed satisfactorily.
報告客房內物品的丟失和損壞。
To report losses and breakages in guest room.
檢查客房、樓道、樓梯、工作車和工作間的清潔情況。
To supervise cleaning of guestrooms, corridors, stairs, maids trolleys, and pantries.
檢查房間和樓道的特殊清潔。
To supervise special cleaning of room/corridor.
檢查和申領每周客用品和清潔用品及協助盤點。
To check and requisition guest and cleaning supplies weekly assist with inventory.
報告可疑人員，請勿打擾的房間和外宿房間等。
To report suspicious persons or actions, DO NOT DISTURB rooms, sleep, outs, etc.
完成上級交待的其它任務。
Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisor.
職位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
具備客房相關崗位工作經驗1 年及以上。
Have one year or more working experience in the same position.
40周歲及以下，條件優秀者年齡可酌情放寬。
Under 40 years old (inclusive). The age limit may be appropriately adjusted for outstanding candidates.
高中及以上學歷，特別優秀者可適當放寬。
High school diploma or above,may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
身體健康，能夠適應長時間的工作。
Must e physically fit and able to work long hours.
具備良好的溝通技巧。
Good communication skill.
具備良好的組織以及解決問題的能力。
