GENERAL MISSION
協(xié)助餐廳經(jīng)理及餐廳主管直接督導(dǎo)員工的工作,遵守度假村的規(guī)章制度確保為客人提供符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)。
This position is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages within the Restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant returns a budgeted profit through tight cost and Stock control. Direct supervision of team member is necessary, while ensuring that all guests receive optimum Service in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Resort.

熟悉并了解度假村品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并按照品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求開展相關(guān)工作。
Deep understanding hotel brand standard,and carry out on working based on hotel brand standard.
保持積極的工作態(tài)度,做好本職工作,并且主動解決問題,能夠始終清晰的與客人或同事 進(jìn)行交流。
To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
能夠積極的向客人推薦度假村的服務(wù)及設(shè)施。
To actively promote the service and facilities to guests and suppliers of the resort.
在工作過程中能夠做好本職工作,保證自己及其他人的安全。
To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.
熟悉掌握菜單及飲料單上的內(nèi)容,并可以詳細(xì)的給客人做出解釋。了解健康食品的要求,并可以給出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。
Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests.?Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.
熟悉度假村所有餐廳及其他部門營業(yè)時(shí)間。可以向客人推薦度假村其它具有吸引力的餐廳或場所。
Confidently knowing opening hours of all restaurants & resort outlets.?Being able to recommend other restaurants & city attractions to G.Ms.
了解酒店或度假村周邊的相關(guān)信息,如商場、醫(yī)院、交通,旅游景點(diǎn)等,并且能夠熟練的回答出客人提出的相關(guān)問題。
Understanding the information except for hotel or resort, such as shopping malls, hospitals, transportation, tourist attractions, and be able to skillfully answer the questions by the guests.
遵守服務(wù)程序,保證所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域都符合早餐、午餐及晚餐的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Undertake steps/process to ensure that?responsible areas of the restaurant are set are set to the standards required for breakfast, lunch and dinner. ?
檢查并確保所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域與開始用餐時(shí)一樣整潔。
Make sure responsible?areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedure.
具有一定的食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識。
Have a certain degree of food safety risk awareness.??
與員工建立并保持良好的關(guān)系。??????????
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
以身作則,督促員工規(guī)范的操作,降低餐廳破損率。
Set an example, urge employees to standardize the operation, reduce the restaurant damage rate.
開餐前/結(jié)束后檢查自己所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的物資、衛(wèi)生狀況是否達(dá)標(biāo)。
Before/after the meal, check whether the material preparation, hygiene and personnel status in your responsible area meet the standard.
通過自身的專業(yè)素質(zhì),為餐廳的其他員工樹立良好榜樣。
Provide leadership and direction for all team member while on duty by offering professional skills and leading by example.
完成上級布置的其他任務(wù)。
And complete other tasks assigned by management.
