RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
按照標準與流程做好迎賓服務工作。
The receptionist at the international?restaurant must follow established protocols to provide efficient hospitality services.
提前5—10分鐘到達崗位,檢查自己的儀容儀表是否規范,是否精神狀態飽滿。
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to check personal appearance and ensure peak energy.
做好迎賓臺的一切準備工作:物品按要求擺放整齊,工作區域內干凈,無臟物、無積灰。
Complete all preparations at the reception desk: organize items neatly, maintain a clean workspace free of dirt and dust.
根據預訂情況及時填寫《國際餐廳預訂每日登記表》。
Promptly fill out the "Daily International?Restaurant Reservation Form" based on guest
bookings.
提前清楚了解當日用餐的預訂客人的桌號,并牢記客人的姓氏。
Memorize the table of scheduled guests and their surnames.
賓客進來時,立即上前迎接,面帶微笑,親切地向賓客問候。
Upon arrival, greet guests warmly with a smile and inquire about reservations.
確認賓客是否有預訂。
Please confirm whether the guest has a reservation.
如果賓客沒有預訂過餐位,應立即根據賓客人數的多少、賓客喜好、年齡、身份選擇餐位,不要讓賓客久等。
For first-time guests,select seats based on their preferences, age, and social status to avoid delays.
如果賓客有預定,應查閱《國際餐廳預定每日登記表》,將賓客引領到事先安排的包廂或餐桌。
For confirmed reservations, guide guests to their assigned tables using the form.
如賓客不吸煙,請賓客到非吸煙區就座。
Direct guests to non-smoking areas if applicable.
合理安排座位,盡量做到讓賓客滿意。
Arrange seating thoughtfully to ensure guest satisfaction.
迎賓員將就餐人數、主人的姓氏或職務等相關信息告知服務員,以便服務員能夠稱呼。
Provide staff with guest information including number of diners, host's surname or title
for proper addressing.
銜接緊密,無疏漏。
Ensure seamless coordination without any oversights.
完成上級交代的其他任務。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
職位要求
JOB SPECIFICATION
中專及以上學歷,酒店管理專業優先。
Diploma or above, major in Hotel Management is preferred.
具備餐飲相關崗位工作經驗1年及以上。
At least 1 years working experience in the same position.
具備英語溝通能力。
Proficient in English communication.
對待工作認真踏實,工作態度端正,能吃苦耐勞。
Diligent and conscientious in work, with a proper work attitude and strong
Endurance.
身體健康,儀表端正,處事靈活,眼明手快。
Physically healthy, well-groomed, flexible in handling tasks, quick-witted and decisive.
掌握必需的食品、酒水知識,有一定的西餐服務技能。
Possesses essential knowledge of food and beverages, with certain skills in
Western catering services.
了解西餐服務程序,善于實際操作。
