【Job Responsibilities】
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel's finance department, including budget preparation, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Oversee all financial transactions and accounting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
- Prepare regular financial reports, providing accurate financial data and operational analysis reports to management.
- Optimize financial procedures to improve management efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate relationships with external institutions such as banks, tax authorities, and audit firms to ensure compliance.
- Participate in major business decisions, offering professional financial advice and support.
【Job Requirements】
- Solid professional knowledge in finance, familiar with accounting standards and fiscal/tax regulations.
- Strong financial analysis and data processing skills, proficient in financial software and office applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various departments.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial management within the hotel industry is preferred.
