【Job Responsibilities】
- Responsible for the daily operation management of the restaurant, ensuring service quality meets standards.
- Supervise the quality of food and beverage output, controlling costs and waste.
- Manage shift scheduling and provide employee training and guidance.
- Handle guest complaints and emergencies.
- Implement hygiene and safety standards and manage inventory.
