【崗位職責】
1. 熟悉杭州市場的動態、特性及發展趨勢。
Be well acquainted with the dynamics, characteristics and development trends of the Hangzhou market.
2. 制定個人銷售計劃、出差計劃，并進行計劃管理。
Formulate personal sales plans, business travel plans and conduct plan management.
3. 負責市場調查、客戶業務分析、按行業制定季節性促銷活動、設計差異化銷售方案，推動高利潤業務增長。
Be responsible for market research, customer business analysis, formulating seasonal promotional activities by industry, designing differentiated sales plans, and driving the growth of high-profit businesses.
4. 定期統計個人銷售業績并進行銷售分析。
Regular personal sales performance statistics and sales analysis.
5. 支援并參與酒店及集團組織的各類活動。
Support and participate in various activities of the property and the group.
6. 高效識別并掌握銷售線索。
Efficiently recognize and master sales leads.
7. 代表酒店參加各類銷售活動。
Represent the hotel in various sales activities.
8. 執行上級指派的任務，完成銷售目標。
Carry out tasks assigned by superiors and achieve sales targets.
9. 在負責的市場區域內，監測并匯報市場及競爭對手動態。
Within the responsible market area, monitor and report on market and competitor conditions.
10. 編制銷售報告，確保市場及客戶信息的準確性，以便后續工作跟進。
Compile sales reports and ensure the accuracy of market and customer information to facilitate follow-up work.
11. 與不同文化背景的客人和同事進行有效溝通，管理跨文化交流。
Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds, and manage cross-cultural communication.
12. 以專業積極的方式與部門及酒店員工建立起密切關系以促進團隊精神和有效的雙向溝通。
Establish close relationships with departments and hotel employees in a professional and positive manner to promote team spirit and effective two-way communication.
13. 執行健康及安全法規、政策及程序。
Implement health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
14. 執行酒店安全及緊急情況政策及程序。
Implement hotel safety and emergency policies and procedures.
15. 熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防緊急情況程序。
Be familiar with hotel safety, first aid and fire emergency procedures.
16. 確保充分的理解并遵守員工手冊內容。
Ensure full understanding and compliance with the contents of the employee handbook.
【崗位要求】
1. 大專及以上學歷。
College degree or above.
2. 至少1年酒店同崗位工作經驗。
At least 1 years of work experience in the same position in hotels.
3. 熟練使用電腦辦公軟件。
Proficiency in using computer office software.
4. 良好的中英文讀寫能力
Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.??
