崗位職責/職位描述
酒吧經理統籌酒店意式酒吧全流程運營,聯動現場樂隊打造浪漫高端場景,傳遞酒吧文化與慢生活理念,全面負責酒吧業績、服務品質、文化傳遞及團隊管理工作。
?Oversee the full-process operation of the hotel's Italian bar, cooperate with live bands to create a romantic and high-end Italian scene, convey bar culture and slow life philosophy, and take full charge of bar performance, service quality, culture promotion and team management.?
【崗位要求】
?1.大專及以上學歷,3-5 年大型現場音樂酒吧管理經驗,熟悉杭州高端酒吧市場,有營收提升、團隊管理相關成功案例者優先。?
Junior college education or above., 3-5 years of management experience in large-scale live music bars, familiar with Hangzhou high-end bar market; candidates with successful cases in revenue growth and team management are preferred.?
2.精通酒吧文化與酒水知識,擅長成本控制;熟悉樂隊風格,具備氛圍營造、營銷策劃能力。?
Proficient in bar culture and beverage knowledge, good at cost control; familiar with band styles, capable of atmosphere creation and marketing planning.?
3.擅長團隊搭建與培養,溝通協調、執行力強,可妥善處理運營中的突發情況。
?Good at team building and training, strong communication, coordination and execution skills, able to properly handle emergencies in operation.?
4.形象氣質佳,高端服務意識強,適應晚間及周末工作,無不良從業記錄。?
Excellent image and temperament, strong high-end service awareness, adaptable to evening and weekend work, no bad employment record.?
【崗位職責】
1.搭建并優化酒水體系,把控餐品出品質量、定期更新酒單。?
Establish and optimize the beverage system, control food and beverage quality, and update the drink menu regularly.?
2.統籌現場樂隊及演出及曲目規劃,貼合意式酒吧整體調性;策劃節日及酒店相關活動,提升現場氛圍與客戶體驗。?
Arrange live band performances and repertoire planning in line with the Italian bar's overall tone; plan festivals and hotel-related activities to enhance on-site atmosphere and customer experience.?
3.負責團隊招聘、培訓、考核工作,開展酒水知識、服務禮儀專項培訓,打造高端專業的服務團隊。
?Be responsible for team recruitment, training and assessment, provide special training on ?beverage knowledge and service etiquette, and build a high-end and professional service team.?
4.以運營目標為核心,定期邀請客戶開展主題活動,在強化客戶連接的同時,助力運營目標落地達成。?
Focus on operation objectives, regularly organize themed activities for guests, strengthen customer connection while promoting the achievement of operation goals.?
5.基于音樂專業知識,以客戶體驗為核心,搭建現場樂隊表演的管理對接體系,持續提升客戶參與度與體驗質感。?

6.維護高端客群關系,聯動酒店各部門開展營銷工作,提升酒吧口碑與品牌辨識度。

7.落實食品、消防、經營等合規要求,做好日常安全排查工作,保障酒吧運營安全。
