崗位職責/職位描述

餐廳運營經理統籌酒店早餐廳、送餐部、大堂吧三大餐飲區域運營,搭建高效運營體系,把控高端服務品質,傳遞品牌奢華調性。?

Oversee the operation of three F&B areas: hotel breakfast restaurant, room service department and lobby lounge; establish an efficient operation system, control high-end service quality, and convey the brand's luxury tone.?


【崗位要求】?

1.學歷:大專及以上。

?Education: College diploma or above.

?2.專業能力:5 年以上高端餐廳運營經驗,至少 3 年奢華五星級酒店或高端意式 / 地中海餐廳任職經歷。?

Experience: More than 5 years of high-end restaurant operation experience, at least 3 years of working experience in luxury five-star hotels or high-end Italian/Mediterranean restaurants.?

3.管理能力:具備經營分析、成本管控、團隊管理、跨部門協調能力;可獨立策劃并落地高端餐飲營銷。

?Competence: Capable of business analysis, cost control, team management and cross-departmental coordination; able to independently plan and implement high-end catering marketing.?

4.素養能力:形象氣質佳,舉止得體,職業操守強。?

Quality: Excellent image and temperament, proper manners, strong professional integrity.?


【崗位職責】

1.早餐廳:盡享意式慢食生活,悠享悠長用餐時光,隨心暢享就餐頻次

?Breakfast Restaurant: Enjoy Italian slow food lifestyle, unlimited dining duration and flexible dining frequency.?

2.大堂吧:兼顧社交與休憩需求,打造高端餐品與舒適氛圍兼具的體驗場景。

?Lobby Lounge: Meet both social and relaxation needs, creating an experience scene with high-end food and comfortable atmosphere.?

3.與前廳經理共同搭建客人信息共享機制,從源頭確保信息流轉無阻礙。?

Establish a guest information sharing mechanism with the Front Office Manager to ensure unobstructed information flow from the source.

?4.與總機部門保持良好溝通,定期組織面向總機部門的菜品及飲品專項培訓,助力達成客房送餐服務收入目標。

?Maintain good communication with the Switchboard Department, organize regular special training on food and beverages for the switchboard team, and help maximize room service revenue.?

5.深化與住店客人的有效互動,搭建客人喜好檔案管理機制;針對預抵 VIP 客人,提前獲取相關信息并在內部同步,結合其個性化喜好籌備,配置對應禮遇。?

Strengthen effective interaction with in-house guests, establish a guest preference file management system; obtain and internally share information of pre-arrival VIP guests in advance, prepare precisely according to their personalized preferences and arrange corresponding courtesy.

?6.確保客房歡迎禮品標準落實,協同主廚定期更新禮品產品,同時關注客人個性化需求,針對特殊喜好主動靈活調整,量身定制專屬禮品方案。?

Ensure the implementation of room welcome amenities standards, collaborate with the Chef to regularly update amenities, pay attention to guests' personalized needs, proactively adjust for special preferences, and tailor exclusive gift plans.?

7.執行餐飲部績效考核體系,跟進指標設定及數據復盤工作,激勵員工達成預算目標。

?Implement the F&B Department performance appraisal system, follow up on target setting and data review, and motivate employees to achieve budget goals.?
