【崗位要求】
1. 大專及以上學歷。
Junior college education or above.?
2.5 年以上中餐廳工作經驗,需具備現任米其林 / 黑珍珠管理經驗,熟悉高端中餐全流程運營。?

More than 5 years of working experience in Chinese restaurants, with current management experience in Michelin, Black Pearl catering establishments; proficient in the full-process operation of high-end Chinese cuisine.

3.形象氣質佳,職業素養良好。?

Excellent professional image and temperament, strong professional ethics.?

4.普通話、粵語流利,英語熟練者優先,可順暢對接國際高端客群。

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese; proficiency in English is preferred, able to communicate smoothly with high-end international guests.

5.熟悉餐飲法規及食品安全標準,認同品牌品質理念。

?Familiar with catering regulations and food safety standards, and in alignment with the brand's quality philosophy.


【崗位職責】

1.深諳米其林品質與服務標準,具備經營、成本、團隊管理及跨部門協調能力,可獨立策劃高端營銷、宴會、VIP 接待活動。

?in-depth knowledge of Michelin quality and service standards; competent in operation, cost control, team management and cross-departmental coordination; able to independently plan high-end marketing, banquets and VIP reception events.

2.實時掌握本地競品餐廳運營情況,對標自身開展對比分析,優化部門經營策略,借鑒競品優勢、補齊自身短板。

?Keep abreast of the operation of local competing restaurants, conduct benchmarking analysis, optimize departmental operation strategies, learn from competitors' strengths and make up for own weaknesses.

3.依托線上線下全渠道學習體系,持續提升市場敏銳度,及時了解市場動態,將前沿市場趨勢融入日常運營管理工作。?

Rely on online and offline all-channel learning systems to continuously enhance market sensitivity, keep abreast of the latest market trends, and integrate cutting-edge market trends into daily operation and management.?
