崗位職責/職位描述

【崗位職責】

1.安全環境保障:負責為酒店客人及員工營造并維護安全、有序的居住與工作環境,持續評估酒店各區域的安全風險,制定針對性防范措施,確保客房、公共活動區、辦公區、后勤區域等場所的人員及財產安全。

Safety Environment Guarantee: Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and orderly living and working environment for hotel guests and employees, continuously assessing safety risks in various areas of the hotel, formulating targeted preventive measures, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property in guest rooms, public activity areas, office areas, logistics areas and other places.

2.法規與規范執行:嚴格遵守并監督落實當地衛生防疫、安全生產、消防管理等相關法律法規及行業標準,確保酒店運營完全符合政府監管要求;同時,嚴格執行公司內部安全規范、應急處理流程及地方各項規章制度。

Implementation of Regulations and Norms: Strictly abide by and supervise the implementation of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards such as local health and epidemic prevention, work safety, and fire management, ensuring that hotel operations fully comply with government regulatory requirements; at the same time, strictly implement internal company safety norms, emergency handling procedures and various local rules and regulations.

3.監督各部門安全制度執行情況,檢查員工是否遵守操作規范(如廚房動火作業、工程維修用電安全),對違規行為進行糾正和記錄,必要時聯動人力資源部進行培訓或處罰。

Supervise the implementation of safety systems by various departments, check whether employees comply with operational standards (e.g., hot work operations in the kitchen, electrical safety in engineering maintenance), correct and document violations, and coordinate with the Human Resources Department for training or disciplinary action when necessary.

4.檢查、執行酒店安全管理體系,包括門禁管理、監控系統運維、消防安全巡查、治安防范等制度,指導團隊嚴格執行日常安全檢查,及時發現并整改安全隱患,確保消防設施、監控設備、報警系統等處于良好運行狀態。

Inspect and implement the hotel safety management system, including systems for access control management, monitoring system operation and maintenance, fire safety inspections, and public security prevention. Guide the team to strictly conduct daily safety inspections, timely identify and rectify safety hazards, and ensure that fire-fighting facilities, monitoring equipment, alarm systems, and other equipment are in good operating condition.

5.配合當地公安、消防、衛生等政府職能部門開展安全檢查、聯合演練等工作;加強與酒店各部門(如前廳、客房、工程、餐飲等)的聯動,確保安全管理要求在各環節有效落地;必要時協助處理客人的安全咨詢或投訴。

Cooperate with local government functional departments such as public security, fire, and health to conduct safety inspections, joint drills, and other work; strengthen collaboration with various hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage (F&B), etc.), ensure that safety management requirements are effectively implemented in all links; and assist in handling guests' safety inquiries or complaints when necessary.

6.通過員工綜合技能的運用,綜合工作的分派及靈活的工作時間安排,以優化工作流程,提升員工的工作效率。

【崗位要求】

1.大學專科及以上學歷。

College diploma or above.??

2.至少1年以上酒店相關崗位工作經驗。

At least 1 years of work experience in hotel-related positions.

3.持有消防設施操作員證書優先。

Possession of a Fire Equipment Operator Certificate is preferred.

4.熟練使用電腦辦公軟件。

Proficiency in using computer office software.

5.良好的中英文讀寫能力

Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.
