崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
【崗位職責(zé)】
1.按照酒店規(guī)定的值守時(shí)間，實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控酒店全域監(jiān)控畫(huà)面，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注出入口、客房走廊、財(cái)務(wù)室、后廚、停車(chē)場(chǎng)、消防通道等關(guān)鍵區(qū)域，確保無(wú)監(jiān)控盲區(qū)，密切觀察畫(huà)面中人員、物品的異常動(dòng)態(tài)，對(duì)可疑情況進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)跟蹤錄像，并做好書(shū)面記錄。
In accordance with the hotel's specified duty hours, conduct real-time monitoring of the surveillance footage covering the hotel's entire premises, focusing on key areas such as entrances and exits, guest room corridors, finance office, kitchen, parking lot, and fire exits to ensure there are no surveillance blind spots. Closely observe abnormal movements of people and items in the footage, conduct focused tracking and recording of suspicious situations, and maintain detailed written records.
2.法規(guī)與規(guī)范執(zhí)行：嚴(yán)格遵守并監(jiān)督落實(shí)當(dāng)?shù)匦l(wèi)生防疫、安全生產(chǎn)、消防管理等相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，確保酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)完全符合政府監(jiān)管要求；同時(shí)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司內(nèi)部安全規(guī)范、應(yīng)急處理流程及地方各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度。
Implementation of Regulations and Norms: Strictly abide by and supervise the implementation of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards such as local health and epidemic prevention, work safety, and fire management, ensuring that hotel operations fully comply with government regulatory requirements; at the same time, strictly implement internal company safety norms, emergency handling procedures and various local rules and regulations.
3.配合當(dāng)?shù)毓病⑾馈⑿l(wèi)生等政府職能部門(mén)開(kāi)展安全檢查、聯(lián)合演練等工作；加強(qiáng)與酒店各部門(mén)（如前廳、客房、工程、餐飲等）的聯(lián)動(dòng)，確保安全管理要求在各環(huán)節(jié)有效落地；必要時(shí)協(xié)助處理客人的安全咨詢(xún)或投訴。
Cooperate with local government functional departments such as public security, fire, and health to conduct safety inspections, joint drills, and other work; strengthen collaboration with various hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage (F&B), etc.), ensure that safety management requirements are effectively implemented in all links; and assist in handling guests' safety inquiries or complaints when necessary.
4.有處理突發(fā)事件的能力，能根據(jù)酒店相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求，快速處理突發(fā)事件。

5.執(zhí)行健康及安全法規(guī)、政策及程序。

【崗位要求】
1.大學(xué)專(zhuān)科及以上學(xué)歷。
College diploma or above.
2.至少1年以上酒店相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 1 years of work experience in hotel-related positions.
3.持有消防設(shè)施操作員證書(shū)。
Hold a Fire Equipment Operator Certificate.??
4.熟練使用電腦辦公軟件。
Proficiency in using computer office software.
5.良好的中英文讀寫(xiě)能力
Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.
