-training program for associates directly under his supervision

2.保證日常運行的準確,高效和準時,并維護機電設備。提供技術支援領導員工進行故障原因分析并進行搶修。
To ensure the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services. To provide technical support and to lead and supervise in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
3.按照維修工作的需求制訂每天,每周和每月工作分配計劃。落實維修情況直到達標。
To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner.
4.根據每位員工的不同情況合理分派工作,努力提高生產力,不斷完善工作方法和程序。
Constantly determines opportunity for improving productivity and quality from associates in term of utilization, methods and performance.
5.經常評估系統和設備運行狀況,以便及時調整和改進。
Constantly evaluate the systems, plants operation for modification and improvement.??
6.根據人手情況,營業情況,季節情況和法規要求安排預防維護計劃和需求。
To develop preventive maintenance schedule plan and requirement based on labor availability, business cycle, seasonal considerations, code requirement, etc.??
7.根據現實情況優先安排某些預防維護計劃,例如對于酒店運作比較重要的設備。維修和需更換花費較多的設備,具有安全隱患的設備和根據最近頻繁故障停機搶修記錄需要優先安排維護的設備等。
To establish priorities of preventive maintenance based on factors such as importance of equipment/system to business or operation, repair or replacement cost, safety factor, recent repair history, etc.
8.根據實際情況對預防性維修保養任務表進行調整,包括對工作頻率、人力和材料投入的估計和可能發生的特殊情況的預測等等。
To update preventive maintenance tasks, frequencies, labor & material estimates, special conditions, etc.?
9.要保證在進行預防性維修保養時所需材料和時間的充足,預先提出零部件采購申請。
To determine materials availability for preventive maintenance with sufficient lead-time for acquisition.??
10.協助和執行特殊項目和承包計劃。
To assist in coordinating and execution of special projects and contractual work.??
11.在緊急情況下執行飯店緊急情況處理程序。
To perform emergency duties as per outline in the hotel emergency procedure.
12.協助行政助理管理倉庫和控制存貨。包括了解零件和材料來源以及檢查其質量。
To assist the executive assistance in store management and inventory control. To involve in parts, materials sourcing and quality checking.

14.完成總工程師安排的其它工作。
To perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Chief engineer.

【崗位要求】
1.有機械或電力專業證書或相關學歷。
Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
2.至少3年以上酒店相關崗位工作經驗。
At least 3 years of work experience in hotel-related positions.
3.具有全面的技術知識和維修機電系統的技能。
Good all round technical knowledge and skills for M&E systems.
4.熟練使用電腦辦公軟件。
Proficiency in using computer office software.
5.良好的中英文讀寫能力
Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.
