Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of the energy management.

Supports and initiate programs for the improvement procedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs.
4.配合部門分析并監(jiān)督能耗狀況及費用支出。
Analyses and monitors energy costs and expenditures for the department.
5.與同事友好合作并對同事、主管、團隊給予信任。
Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, and team and across departments.

9.制定預(yù)防性維修保養(yǎng)計劃，對設(shè)施進行維護和保養(yǎng)，保證設(shè)施的正常運轉(zhuǎn)。
Carry out preventive maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service.
10.維護酒店設(shè)備及器械并作相關(guān)記錄, 糾正危險情況并及時將潛在的不安全狀況向上級主管匯報, 明確工作職責(zé)及相關(guān)義務(wù)，建立健康、安全意識及相關(guān)的政策及規(guī)定。
Maintains an equipment and machinery record system for the property, Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
11.負(fù)責(zé)客房內(nèi)的 PMM 工作。
Attend PMM work in the guest room.
【崗位要求】
1.獲得職業(yè)培訓(xùn)以及 2 年在任何類型的室內(nèi)裝修方面的工作經(jīng)驗，有 1 年酒店從業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，或同等的教育和工作經(jīng)驗。
Obtain vocational training plus 2 years of experience in any types of interior decoration work and prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.持有法律規(guī)定要求的職業(yè)資格認(rèn)證和許可。
Professional certification and license if required by law.
3.熟悉工程設(shè)備的使用與維護，具備一定的技術(shù)能力和專業(yè)知識
Skilled in the operation and maintenance of engineering equipment, with a solid foundation of technical and professional knowledge.
4.責(zé)任心強，對工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)
Highly responsible and committed.
