【崗位職責】
1. 負責當班期間行政酒廊的所有業務,涵蓋賓客入住登記、退房結算、預訂確認、餐飲服務、小型會務服務等,確保各環節符合酒店 SOP(標準操作流程),避免流程卡頓(如早餐高峰時段排隊等)。
