【崗位職責(zé)】
1. 執(zhí)行部門戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、年度工作計劃和預(yù)算方案,確保部門工作高效、有序進(jìn)行。
Execute the departmental strategic plans, annual work plans and budget plans, and ensure the department's work is carried out efficiently and in an orderly manner.
2. 提供酒店品牌定位與經(jīng)營規(guī)相配套的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),持續(xù)提升酒店口碑和市場競爭力。
Provide products and services that align with the hotel's brand positioning and business regulations, and continuously enhance the hotel's reputation and market competitiveness.
3. 禮貌且高效地處理(包括內(nèi)部及外部)客人的投訴和建議,并跟進(jìn)確保問題圓滿解決,確保客人的滿意度達(dá)到酒店的目標(biāo)要求。
Handle complaints and suggestions from guests (both internal and external) politely and efficiently, follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues, and guarantee that guest satisfaction meets the hotel's target requirements.
4. 與姐妹酒店及酒店內(nèi)部其他部門保持良好的溝通和協(xié)作,共同推動酒店的發(fā)展。
Maintain good communication and collaboration with sister hotels, and other internal departments of the hotel to jointly promote the development of the hotel.
5. 有處理突發(fā)事件的能力,能根據(jù)酒店相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求,快速處理突發(fā)事件。
Having the ability to handle emergencies, and being able to deal with them quickly in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements of the hotel.
6. 密切關(guān)注客戶需求和市場動態(tài),根據(jù)客人的反饋和需求調(diào)整、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)內(nèi)容,提升客人的體驗感。
Pay close attention to customer needs and market dynamics, adjust and innovate service content based on customers' feedback and demands, so as to enhance customers' sense of experience.
7. 按時出勤和儀容儀表,遵守酒店的儀容儀表規(guī)范,著裝整齊并保持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個人衛(wèi)生及形象。
Maintain on-time attendance and proper grooming, comply with the hotel's grooming standards, dress neatly, and uphold high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
8. 執(zhí)行健康及安全法規(guī)、政策及程序。
Implement health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
9. 執(zhí)行酒店安全及緊急情況政策及程序。
Implement hotel safety and emergency policies and procedures.
10. 熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防緊急情況程序。

11. 充分的理解并遵守員工手冊內(nèi)容。

【崗位要求】
1. 大學(xué)專科及以上學(xué)歷。
College diploma or above.
2. 至少1年酒店相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉奢華酒店禮賓服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與運營模式者優(yōu)先
Possess at least 1 year of work experience in hotel-related positions; candidates who are familiar with the concierge service standards and operation models of luxury hotels are preferred.
3. 具備良好的溝通表達(dá)能力,能清晰、耐心地與賓客交流;有較好的服務(wù)意識,能主動發(fā)現(xiàn)賓客需求并提供協(xié)助;身體狀況良好,能承擔(dān)行李搬運等基礎(chǔ)體力工作。
Possess good communication and expression skills, and be able to communicate with guests clearly and patiently; have strong service awareness, and be able to proactively identify guests' needs and provide assistance; be in good physical condition, and capable of undertaking basic physical work such as luggage handling.
4. 態(tài)度熱情、有親和力,能保持積極的服務(wù)心態(tài);責(zé)任心強,對待工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致;服從管理,能嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行主管安排的工作任務(wù),配合團(tuán)隊完成服務(wù)目標(biāo)。
