"1.餐廳日常運營工作管理,確保餐飲出品品質與服務質量,提升客戶滿意度進而達成經營目標。

核心職責 Core Responsibilities
1 "上級不在崗時,代為參加餐飲部每日例會并主持本部門日例會;推動直屬上級部署的策略落地,以酒店整體利益為核心實現部門利益最大化;同時匯總工作信息同步上級,并統籌部門人力與資源配置規劃。
When the supervisor is not present, I will attend the daily meeting of the F&B department on behalf of the supervisor and preside over the daily meeting of our department; I will promote the implementation of the strategies deployed by the direct supervisor, with the overall interests of the hotel as the core to maximize the interests of the department; at the same time, I will summarize the work information and synchronize it with the supervisor, and coordinate the human resource and resource allocation planning of the department."
2 "協助上級開檔籌備與團隊分工部署,全流程把控出品質量,嚴格核查酒水出品及食材的新鮮度與服務質量執行標準
收集出品與服務反饋,實時同步團隊并按需優化調整。
Assist the supervisor in organizing the setup and dividing tasks among the team. Control the quality of the products throughout the process. Thoroughly check the freshness of the beverages and ingredients, as well as the service standards. Collect feedback on the products and services, and promptly update the team and make necessary adjustments as needed."
3 "參與酒店相關會議,及時同步會議信息、精準部署任務,確保團隊目標協同。
Participate in hotel-related meetings, promptly synchronize meeting information, accurately deploy tasks, and ensure the coordination of team goals."
4 "系統性維護客戶關系,通過個性化服務及線上(包括但不限于大眾點評,攜程,小紅書 ,抖音,Tripadviser等)建立深度連接,持續提升客戶滿意度并轉化為餐廳忠誠客戶。
Systematically maintain customer relationships by conducting interactive communication and providing personalized services, as well as establishing deep connections with online platforms (including but not limited to Dianping, Ctrip, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tripadviser, etc.). Continuously enhance customer loyalty and convert them into loyal customers of the restaurant."
5 "協助上級定期邀請客戶開展主題活動的全流程跟進,強化客戶連接的同時助力運營目標落地。
Assist the supervisor in regularly inviting customers to participate in themed activities, and follow up throughout the entire process. This not only strengthens customer connections but also helps to achieve operational goals."
6 "協助各餐廳制定物資與酒水的安全庫存及最高庫存標準,并結合實際經營情況進行動態調配,按季度完成標準更新。

7 "執行餐飲部績效考核體系,跟進指標設定及數據復盤,激勵員工達成預算目標。

8 "制定和執行餐廳餐飲產品促銷活動日歷。

9 "協同上級編制部門酒水預算,全周期動態監控預算執行(確保累計偏差率≤±5%),依監控數據制定年度 CAPEX 及月度采購計劃。
