1.熟練學習并掌握所屬部門工作細則與標準流程，依規完成日常基礎工作。
Learn and master the working rules and standard procedures of the department, and complete daily basic work in accordance with regulations.
2.用心聆聽賓客需求，主動提供合理建議，全力保障優質服務體驗。
Listen carefully to guests' needs, take the initiative to provide reasonable suggestions, and fully ensure high-quality service experience.
3.積極配合部門同事開展工作，高效完成團隊協作任務。
Cooperate actively with colleagues in the department to complete team tasks efficiently.
4.服從部門負責人安排，完成其他交辦的相關工作。
Follow the arrangement of the department supervisor and complete other assigned related work.
