1.作為廚房管理的核心與餐飲業務的共同經營者,不僅需確保廚房的日常卓越運營,更需對廚房的最終經營結果(成本、利潤、客戶滿意度)負責。持續從客戶與市場角度出發,驅動產品創新與流程優化,以達成并超越既定的財務與品牌目標。
