崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.具備亞洲菜領(lǐng)班或一級(jí)廚師經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Proven experience as a Demi Chef or Commis 1 specifically in Asian Cuisine.
2.協(xié)助廚師長(zhǎng)管理廚房運(yùn)營(yíng)與員工事務(wù),核心包括工作安排、技能督導(dǎo)等;同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)確保所有出品菜單的質(zhì)量,以及食品處理、儲(chǔ)存全過(guò)程符合規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn);此外協(xié)調(diào)食品采購(gòu)、參與菜單開(kāi)發(fā),并控制經(jīng)審批的食品及人工成本。
Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff affairs, mainly including work scheduling and skill supervision; at the same time, ensure the quality of all prepared menus, and ensure that the entire process of food handling and storage complies with standard regulations; in addition, coordinate food procurement, participate in menu development, and control the approved food and labor costs.
3.負(fù)責(zé)廚房開(kāi)關(guān)檔的準(zhǔn)備工作,為所管轄廚房的運(yùn)營(yíng)提供職能支持。
