崗位職責/職位描述
1.協助廚師長管理廚房運營與員工事務,核心包括工作安排、技能督導等;同時負責確保所有出品菜單的質量,以及食品處理、儲存全過程符合規范標準;此外協調食品采購、參與菜單開發,并控制經審批的食品及人工成本。
Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff affairs, mainly including work scheduling and skill supervision; at the same time, ensure the quality of all prepared menus, and ensure that the entire process of food handling and storage complies with standard regulations; in addition, coordinate food procurement, participate in menu development, and control the approved food and labor costs.
2.負責廚房開關檔的準備工作,為所管轄廚房的運營提供職能支持。

3.嚴格遵守酒店規章制度、食品衛生安全與消防安全規范及國家相關法律法規。
