1.作為西餅房管理的核心與餐飲業務的共同經營者，不僅需確保廚房的日常卓越運營，更需對廚房的最終經營結果（成本、利潤、客戶滿意度）負責。持續從客戶與市場角度出發，驅動產品創新與流程優化，以達成并超越既定的財務與品牌目標。
