崗位職責/職位描述
1.根據酒店政策和程序的規定，保證辦公室和倉庫及相關行政工作的進行。
Under the guidance of the executive chef or his/her delegate, in accordance with the policies and procedures of IHG, supervise and guide the work of all secretaries, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, warehouse and related administrative tasks.
2.遵守當地的食品衛生和安全法規，或其它適用的規定，以及品牌規范和當地的規章制度。 Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
