職位：意大利餐廳廚房主管/領班/廚師
崗位職責/職位描述
1.協助上級管理廚房運營與員工事務，核心包括工作安排、技能督導等；同時負責確保所有出品菜單的質量，以及食品處理、儲存全過程符合規范標準。
Assist the supervisor in managing the kitchen operations and staff affairs, mainly including work scheduling and skill supervision; at the same time, be responsible for ensuring the quality of all prepared menus, as well as ensuring that the entire process of food handling and storage complies with standard regulations.
2.嚴格遵守酒店規章制度、食品衛生安全與消防安全規范及國家相關法律法規。
Strictly abide by the hotel's rules and regulations, food hygiene and safety standards, fire safety norms, and relevant national laws and regulations.
