1 "在經理或者主管缺席時主持交接班說明會,確保員工了解酒店的活動和運營的要求。

2 "在自己當班期間盡可能解決投訴,并在工作交接中記錄所有投訴以便進一步跟進的工作。

3 "負責編制每日存款及流動資金報告,監督現金處理與存放程序,以及指導員工執行現金安全制度。
