崗位職責/職位描述
1.統籌全服務餐飲場所日常客戶關系維護，客戶預訂處理，客戶群體拓展及特殊活動協調，確保服務規范與運營流程的嚴格執行。
Coordinate the daily customer relationship maintenance, customer reservation handling, customer group expansion and special event coordination for all service catering venues, ensuring the strict implementation of service standards and operational procedures.
2.嚴格遵守酒店規章制度、當地法規及國家相關法律法規。
