崗位職責

1. 賓客迎送與形象禮儀服務 / Guest Greeting & Farewell and Etiquette Service
負責酒店主入口及大堂定點迎賓,嚴格按照奢華酒店服務標準完成賓客主動問候、微笑致意、到店及離店迎送服務。規范完成開車門、護頂、禮儀手勢、引導動線等標準化禮儀動作,全程保持專業、優雅、高端的服務狀態,維護酒店門面形象。
Stationed at the main entrance and lobby to actively greet guests with smiles, strictly adhering to luxury hotel standards for arrival and departure services. Perform standardized etiquette protocols including opening car doors, the “roof protection” gesture, proper hand gestures, and guiding directions. Maintain a professional, elegant, and high-end service demeanor at all times to uphold the hotel’s premier image.
2. 大堂接待與賓客引導 / Lobby Reception & Guest Guidance
主動接待進店賓客,禮貌解答賓客關于酒店設施、營業時間、餐飲、康樂、交通及周邊配套的各類咨詢。引導賓客至前臺辦理入住、退房,指引電梯、大堂吧、休息區、衛生間等公共區域,保障大堂動線順暢、體驗舒適。
Proactively receive arriving guests and politely answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities, operating hours, dining, recreation, transportation, and surrounding amenities. Guide guests to the front desk for check-in/out, and direct them to elevators, the lobby bar, lounge areas, restrooms, and other public areas, ensuring smooth traffic flow and a comfortable guest experience.
3. VIP賓客專屬接待服務 / Exclusive VIP Reception Service
提前核對當日VIP賓客名單、入住需求及特殊偏好,做好前置迎賓準備。負責VIP到店專屬迎候、全程陪同引導,配合管家、前廳、禮賓團隊完成歡迎禮遇、飲品、鮮花及專項接待流程,做好在店關注與個性化服務記錄,保障高端賓客尊享體驗。
Pre-check the daily VIP guest list, arrival needs, and special preferences to ensure advance preparation for greeting. Responsible for exclusive VIP arrival greeting and full escort. Collaborate with butlers, front desk, and concierge teams to execute welcome amenities, beverages, flowers, and specialized reception protocols. Maintain in-house attention and record personalized services to ensure an exclusive luxury experience for high-end guests.
4. 車流、人流秩序管理 / Traffic & Crowd Flow Management
負責大堂及主入口區域客流、車流疏導,早晚高峰、會議及宴會期間主動分流賓客,維持前廳公共區域整潔有序,避免擁堵、聚集,保障前廳整體服務氛圍與運營秩序。
Manage guest and vehicle traffic flow at the lobby and main entrance. Proactively divert guests during morning/evening peaks, conferences, and banquets. Maintain a clean and orderly public area, prevent congestion and gathering, and ensure the overall service atmosphere and operational order of the front office.
5. 行李與出行協助服務 / Luggage & Transportation Assistance
配合門童及禮賓團隊完成賓客行李核對、交接、搬運、寄存等協助工作。根據賓客需求協助預約專車、出租車、接送機等出行服務,主動幫扶老人、兒童、行動不便賓客,提供貼心輔助服務。
Assist doormen and the concierge team with luggage verification, handover, handling, and storage. Assist in booking chauffeur services, taxis, and airport transfers per guest requests. Proactively assist the elderly, children, and guests with limited mobility to provide caring and thoughtful auxiliary services.
6. 現場問題處理與客訴前置應對 / On-site Issue Handling & Proactive Complaint Resolution
敏銳觀察賓客情緒與現場突發情況,及時安撫賓客不滿、解答疑問、協調基礎問題,無法處理的及時上報主管跟進,做到前置服務、提前化解服務隱患,維護賓客滿意度。
Acutely observe guest emotions and on-site emergencies. Promptly soothe guest dissatisfaction, answer queries, and coordinate basic issues. Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor in a timely manner. Achieve proactive service and eliminate potential service hazards in advance to maintain guest satisfaction.
7. 日常值守與跨部門協作 / Daily Duty & Cross-departmental Collaboration
嚴格執行儀容儀表、禮儀規范、崗位紀律,堅守迎賓崗位,不閑聊、不脫崗。按時完成交接班,清晰交接當日VIP信息、重點賓客、特殊事項及工作注意要點,配合前廳、餐飲、安保、會務等部門完成各類接待工作。
Strictly execute grooming, etiquette standards, and post discipline. Stick to the greeting station, no idle chatting, and no leaving the post unattended. Complete shift handovers on time, clearly transferring VIP info, key guests, special matters, and key work points. Collaborate with front office, F&B, security, and events departments for various reception tasks.
8. 環境與品牌維護 / Environment & Brand Maintenance
隨時關注迎賓崗位區域衛生、陳設、綠植及整體觀感,發現臟亂、破損、異常及時上報,維護酒店高端、整潔、精致的大堂視覺形象。積極參與部門禮儀、服務、外語及應急培訓,持續提升高端接待服務能力。
Constantly monitor the hygiene, displays, plants, and overall visual impression of the greeting area. Report any mess, damage, or abnormalities immediately to maintain the hotel’s high-end, clean, and exquisite lobby visual image. Actively participate in departmental etiquette, service, language, and emergency training to continuously improve high-end reception capabilities.


崗位要求

1.?形象氣質良好,體態端正,親和力強,氣質優雅,符合高端奢華酒店前廳形象崗標準。Professional grooming and elegant demeanor, strong affinity, and graceful temperament, meeting the image standards of a luxury hotel front office.

2. 具備高端酒店、高端會所、貴賓接待、前廳禮賓相關工作經驗者優先。

Experience in luxury hotels, high-end clubs, VIP reception, or front office concierge is highly preferred.

3. 熟悉高端服務禮儀、站姿、走姿、手勢及接待流程,服務意識強,細節度高。

Familiar with high-end service etiquette, standing/walking postures, gestures, and reception procedures. Strong service awareness and high attention to detail.

4. 具備基礎英語口語溝通能力,可簡單接待外籍賓客。

Basic English oral communication skills; able to assist foreign guests simply.

5. 性格耐心細致、抗壓性強、應變能力好,主動熱情、禮貌得體。
