崗位職責/職位描述

To ensure all payroll procedures are implemented in accordance with hotel policies and that all salary and benefits payments are correct and genuine.?A valuable member of the Finance team by assisting with the work of the Assistant Director/Director. ?Promotes the desired work culture around the core values of DMH and the brand ethos.?

To safekeeping, collect received cash, checks, credit cards vouchers etc. and to distribute petty cash payment in accordance with hotel’s policies and procedures, business needs, local banking regulations and practices.

確保根據酒店政策計算員工工資。并確保所有工資和福利準確真實。財務團隊具有價值的成員,協助財務總監、副總監工作。圍繞DMH核心價值與品牌風格創造良好的工作文化環境。負責現金、支票、信用卡單據等的安全。按酒店制度程序支付現金報銷、出差費用等。

1.?To maintain a strict confidentially of all associates payroll records. Under no circumstances is such information to be communicated to anyone without the approval of Director of Finance or Assistant Financial Controller.

嚴格保密所有員工工資。未獲得財務總監或財務副總監的批準,在任何情況下不得向其他同事透露這方面的信息。

2.?To update daily attendance record.

每日更新入職員工記錄。

3.?To ensure the overtime and other wage adjustments are properly authorized.

確保加班費和其他關于工資的調整得到相應的授權批準。

4.?To process monthly and yearly income tax calculation for associates

為員工計算和申報每月及每年的個人收入所得稅。

5.?To prepare payroll tax report as required.

在需要時提交所得稅報告。

6.?To prepare housing subsidy, retirement fund reports etc. for submission to government authority and the hotel management.?

準備房屋補貼,退休金等報告提交給政府機構及酒店管理層。

7.?To prepare and to ensure all monthly payroll reports are correct; to assist department heads in resolving any discrepancies and dispute from associates.

制作并確保每月工資報表正確無誤。協助部門領導解決任何員工關于工資方面的差額的詢問和爭議。


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1.?2 years experience in a similar capacity or 2 year experience in a Hotel or 1 year teaching experience.

2年相關工作經驗或2年酒店工作經驗
